As the World Economic Forum reconvenes, Ireland ranks 29th in the Global Competitiveness Index relecting a decline in the rankings for a second year in a row. The top three business problems identified in the report are:

Access to finance
Inefficient government bureaucracy
Inadequate supply of infrastructure
