Senior Expert in Audit of Human Resources and payroll system with 10 years experience in PFM

Project : Support the Ministry of Education in undertaking the audit of Education Human Resources and up-dating the Payroll system

Due date : 3.05.2012            Start date : 4.06.2012            Duration : 60 working days

Profile:

  • Holds a Master or Doctorate degree, preferably in Auditing in public administration, Public Finance Management, Public Administration management
  • Has 10 years experience in PFM, auditing practices in social sectors, (preferably in the education sector) andlor public administration management
  • Has 5 years experience in conducting Human Resources Audit with proven experience undertaking ministerial audits in the Education sector
  • Has field experience with the implementation and use of IFMS, Human Resources data bases and systems
  • Has experience in capacitating ministerial staff in audit functions
  • Has computer literacy, excellent report writing skills and has the ability to produce highly professional diagnostic documents.
  • Has excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
  • Possesses very good analytical skills
